This Bridge Weighed 40 Grams

Above you will see the winning bridge designed and built totally out of Toothpicks and wood glue. This bridge held up a 65 pound sack of sand, suspended from a dowel stick laid across the bridge. Honestly, I believe this bridge would probably hold slightly more, but since the dowel stick was about to break, we had to stop.
